NO UPFRONT FEES whatsoever. Clients must issue our package of compliance documents to HT’ s beneficiary company. If client doesn’ t accept this pre-condition, there is no way to move forward.

For DISCOUNTING of Bank Instruments the client must first email me a scanned copy of the instruments for me to evaluate. NO HARDCOPIES OF DOCUMENTS. After successful verification etc, funds will be remitted to your account.
BE ADVISED:
( 1) We DO NOT discount on a bank-to-bank via MT-760, MT-799 or any bank-to-bank procedures, but strictly by client’ s issue of verifiable compliance Patriot Act documents ( CIS, History of Funds, etc) . If client is unwilling to do this, we prefer to pass.
( 2) Our minimum: 10million. No maximum.
ALL COMMUNICATIONS ONLY IN ENGLISH. Clients are required to send everything to me STRICTLY BY EMAIL. If interested, provide me your LOI and BCL and a scanned copy of your BG/ SBLC TO ME BY EMAIL ONLY. NO HARDCOPIES required for now.
